摘要
目的探讨椎管肠源性囊肿的MRI影像学特征,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾分析5例病理证实的椎管肠源性囊肿患者的MRI。观察囊肿在椎管内的位置、形态、密度或信号表现、强化特点及有无邻近脊柱的改变。结果 5例肠原性囊肿均位于脊髓腹外侧的硬膜下间隙,MR平扫病灶与脊髓长轴平行,呈长椭圆或者类圆形,T1WI序列类似或稍高于脑脊液信号,T2WI呈长T2信号,边缘光滑,邻近脊髓受压移位,病变与正常脊髓分界清楚。结论 MRI更能能准确显示椎管内椎管内肠源性囊肿病变部位、形态、大小及信号特征,对椎管内肠源性囊肿具有较高的诊断价值,是手术前重要的检查方法。
Objective To explore MRI features of spinal canal enterogenous cysts. Methods The MRI features of 5 patients with spinal canal enterogenous cysts proved by surgery and pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results The cysts localized at cervical spine in two cases, thoracic spine in one case, cervicomedullary juction in one case. 5 cases the cysts were located at subdural clearance anterior lateral to the spinal cord. The signals of cysts were slightly hyperintensity compared to CSF on TlWI, and similar intensity to CSF on T2WI. One was enhanced peripherally on contrast enhanced MR scan. Conclusion MRI features of introspinal enterogenous cysts has important value in diagnosing .
