摘要
为给CO2提供一个安全的运输方式,针对碳运输过程中CO2的泄漏风险,提出考虑途经人群密集区的碳存储网络设计问题.结合碳捕获与封存技术大规模应用的需求,参考轴辐式网络特征,提出轴辐型碳存储网络设计模型.在该模型的基础上,构建采用规避策略和绕行策略的网络设计模型.以上海市的碳存储网络设计为背景,选取碳排放企业作为碳源进行实验,验证轴辐型碳存储网络的成本优势及其模型可行性.通过比较两种策略的网络设计方案,研究两种策略下网络结构的稳定性及途经人群密集区的管道建设成本对策略选取的影响.
Against the risk of leakage of CO2 during carbon transportation,the design issue of carbon storage network via crowded area is proposed in order to provide a safe transportation mode for CO2 . Com-bined with the needs of large-scale application of carbon capture and storage technology,and referring to the characteristics of hub-spoke network,a carbon storage network design model of hub-spoke type is ad-dressed. Based on the model,the network design models using avoidance strategy and bypass strategy are addressed respectively. Shanghai’s carbon storage network design is set as the background and the car-bon emission enterprises are chosen as carbon sources to carry out experiments. The experiments verify the cost advantages of the networks and the feasibility of the models. By comparing the network design schemes using the two strategies,the stability of network structure using the two strategies and the impact of the construction cost of pipelines via crowded area on strategy selection are studied.
