动态脑电图伪迹识别的探讨

摘要 目的:为提高动态脑电图对癫痫的诊断的准确率、阳性率,准确识别脑电图伪迹,以防误诊或漏诊。方法:本文对463例癫痫及脑血管病等患者在神清闭目安静坐位下采集脑电图过程中,做吞咽,咀嚼动作,分别左右手指、足趾活动等,每种动作持续1分钟,观察2—5分钟并描记。结果:手指、足趾活动均未见棘、尖波或其它干扰波。在咀嚼时可见有规律性类似棘波、多棘波。做吞咽活动时可见不规则干扰波,以上均在单极导联普遍多见;而双极导联仅在颞区导联可见。结论:准确识别脑电图伪迹对提高癫痫诊断的准确率具有重要的临床价值。 Objectives:To increase accurate rate,positive rate of AEEG in diagnosis of epilepsy and distinguish accurately artifact of EEG so as to prevent misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods: In 463 patients with epilepsy and cerebrovascular diseases et al, deglutition, mastication and activity of finger and toe were recorded in EEG. Results: spike wave ,sharp wave and other interference wave were not found in activity of finger and toe. Regular like spike wave and polyspike wave were found in mastication. Irregular interference wave was found in deglutition. These waves were found often in monopolar lead. In multipolar lead t these waves were found only in temporal region. Conclusion: The accurate discernment of artifact of EEG was important clinical valuable in increasing accurate rate of diagnosis of epilepsy.
