医学专科生未就业原因及其存在的社会性探究——以漯河医学高等专科学校为例

Medical students' unemployment and their causes——A Case Study on Luohe Medical College

每年的六月是全国高校的毕业季,虽就业形势依旧严峻,但是据相关统计,全国很多高校毕业生拿到毕业证之前已经就业的学生占相当大一部分。以本校为例,针对毕业时还未就业学生进行了问卷调查,比较分析不同学历层次的专科生未能就业的原因,以期进一步归析其深层原因及其存在的社会性,从社会层面探寻医学专科院校毕业生的发展前景,以利于院校有针对性地采取措施帮助学生就业。

Every year, graduates leave school at June. Despite a not so optimistic job market, many get a job offer before they get their degree. This study surveyed those who failed to get a job offer in Luo He Medical College. Unemployment reasons were compared between students with degrees and diplomas. This study hopes to shed light on what are the effective measures to take for graduates＇ employment.
