摘要
综合运用身体自尊量表(PSPP)、心境状态量表(POMS)测量不同体育锻炼习惯医学生的身体自尊以及心境状态,探究不同体育锻炼习惯对心理健康的促进作用,结果表明:良好与非良好体育锻炼习惯者PSPP总分及各指标分值差异非常显著(P<0.01);POMS量表中紧张、愤怒、抑郁、精力等指标得分差异非常显著(P<0.01),疲劳、慌乱以及与自尊等指标得分差异显著(P<0.05),表明良好体育锻炼习惯有利于提高医学生的身体自尊以及改善心境状态。
PSPP and POMS were used to measure medical students' self-esteem and mood state, and their correlation with different ex- ercise habits. The findings indicate significant difference between those with good exercise habits and those without(P 〈 0. 01 ). Indicators of nervousness, anger, depression, and energy reveal significant difference(P 〈0. 01 ). Fatigue, panic, and self-esteem demon- strate significant difference (P 〈0. 01 ) as well. The findings indicate good exercise habits are beneficial for students' self-esteem and mood state.
