摘要
根据理论教学中发现的问题,医学专业青年教师对教学模式进行探索、思考、再探索的行为不仅可以促进自身授课能力的提高,而且可以促进学生综合能力的提高,从而有利于医学教学事业的发展。
Younger teachers should explore new approaches to teaching theoretical sessions. It serves a double purpose as improving teaching skills and elevating students＇ overall quality and eontributes to the development of medical education.
