摘要 对国内39所院校三年制临床医学专业课程设置现状分析表明,课程设置较混乱、教学时数不均衡;课程设置老化,普遍采用以学科为基础的课程模式,普遍存在实践课和人文社会科学课程薄弱。三年制临床医学专业课程设置应根据学生对应职业岗位的需要,明确人才培养目标,创新和重构课程体系,合理安排课程和分配学时,重视实践环节,加强人文教育。 An investigation of the curricula of three-year medicine programs of 39 medical colleges and universities found that the curricula are not well thought out and teaching hours are not balanced. Curricula are outdated and discipline-based. Practical sessions and humanistic studies are given enough attention. The curricula should tailor to the need of job market. Education objectives should be clarified. Curricular should be revamped. The courses and teaching hours should be rearranged. More focus should be put on practical sessions and humanistic education.
