摘要
目的:发现临床技能教学和管理中存在的问题并提出改进措施,为医学院校临床技能教学改革提供资料。方法:模拟临床执业医师技能考试方法,对257名临床医学专业毕业生实施临床技能考核,并对考试成绩进行分析总结,对考官进行问卷调查。结果:大多数医学毕业生已经基本掌握了临床医生必须具备的技能,总体上达到了预期的培养目标,但是仍然存在临床综合思维能力的欠缺和实践环节的不足。结论:模拟临床执业医师技能考试的毕业考核方法对有效评价学生临床综合技能能力、提高临床技能的教学质量有重要意义。
Objective: To explore currently problems in clinical skills teaching and management and to provide information for the innovation of clinical skills teaching in medical colleges and universities. Methods : Using the simulation clinical physician qualification examination to evaluate the clinical skills of 257 graduating medical students. Test results were analyzed and some examiners were conducted a questionnaire survey. Results: Most medical graduates have mastered the basic skills that the clinician must have. On the whole, most graduates achieve the desired training goal, but there are still a lack of comprehensive clinical thinking and practice deficiencies. Conclusion: Using the simulation clinical physician qualification examination as the way to test the graduates' clinical skills has a vital significance to evaluate the ability of students to comprehensive clinical skills and improve the quality of teaching.
