CBL教学应用于八年制临床医学生呼吸科见习的利弊 被引量:16

摘要 将以病例为基础的学习(Case-Based Learning,CBL)教学法引入八年制临床医学生在呼吸科的见习教学,通过调查问卷评价其教学效果。研究结果显示,CBL教学有助于提高学生学习效率、学习兴趣和综合能力,有效培养学生运用医学理论知识分析和解决问题的能力。但学生自身对CBL教学的总体评价及适应情况较低。初入临床的医学生认同和接受需要一个过程,而且需要临床带教老师合理安排教学内容及进度,注意教学方法。 Case based learning(CBL) is believed an efficient strategy in clinical medicine learning. We used questionnaire to evaluate the efficiency of CBL in respiratory probation. Results revealed that CBL was helpful in improving the learning efficiency and interest. Moreover, CBL increased students' ability to use their knowledge meaningful. However, overall students have no favorable opinion toward CBL teaching and they are not adjusting to the new approach very well. It takes time for students to see the benefits of CBL. Teachers should also arrange their teaching content and progress to help students accustom to the new way of learing.
