以胜任力为导向的教学模式在临床实习中的应用

Using competency-oriented model in clinical practicum

随着医疗技术不断发展,医患关系问题日益突出,临床医学生的培养越来越多地进入公众视野,针对当前临床实习生临床能力培养过程中存在的实践技能差、职业情感弱、纪律散漫、缺乏规划等问题进行分析,提出了发展以胜任力为导向的教学模式。具体阐述了运用该教学模式可以提升临床实习生实践技能、职业情感、沟通协调、时间管理等综合能力,以此提高临床实习过程的效率和质量。

With the development of medical technology, and increasing tension between doctor and patient, the public pay more attention to the training of clinical medicine students. This paper points out that medical students are lack of clinical skills, occupational emotion, discipline, and planning during their clinical practicum. To address the problems competence-oriented teaching is introduced. This model can help students improve clinical skills, occupational emotion, communication skills, and time management skills. As a result the quality and efficiency of practicum can be improved.
