摘要
通过对在耳鼻喉科临床见习的126名五年制临床医学专业学生分别按照模拟操作训练方法及传统方法进行教学,比较两组的出科考核笔试及操作考试成绩,并结合调查问卷进行评估。结果表明,模拟操作训练应用于耳鼻喉科临床教学,学生的学习成绩及问卷反馈均优于传统教学组的学生,且有利于提高学生利用理论知识解决实际临床问题的综合能力,值得借鉴和推广。
126 medical students were trained with simulation technology and traditional teaching method. Written examination, skill test, and a self-designed questionnaire were conducted. Simulated training group had better test results and questionnaire results (P 〈 0.05 ). The simulated method can improve students' all-round ability of using knowledge to solve practical clinical problems.
