通过总结多年在内科学出科考试中应用OSCE的经验,分享临床实践教学心得,重点探索OSCE在内科出科考试中应用的可行性和不足之处。针对目前大部分医学生"高分低能"的现状,探索能够客观、全面地检验内科实践教学效果的考评方法,为制定合理的内科实践教学方法提供一定的理论依据。

Through years of practice in the process of using OSCE in internal medicine test on completion of a course, this paper summarized the clinical teaching experience and focused on the feasibility and deficiencies of using OSCE in internal medicine test. According to the situation of most medical undergraduates who emphasized the importance of theory education more than practice, they explored a performance appraisal method to test clinical teaching objectively. So a theoretical foundation for formulating reasonable internal medicine practical teaching method has been provided.
