摘要
采用二甲基二氯硅烷为原料,在高温反应釜中制备了聚碳硅烷。采用IR、TG、GPC等方法分析了制备工艺对聚碳硅烷数均分子量、分子量分布、二甲苯不溶物含量、耐热性能和硅氢键含量的影响。实验结果表明,采用梯度升温方式,反应温度为480℃,反应时间为6h时,制备的聚碳硅烷数均分子量为832,分散度为1.97,二甲苯不溶物含量为0.97%,1 000℃氮气中热失重率为32.4%。
The polycarbosilane is synthesized in an autoclave by thermal decomposition of polydimethylsil-ane. The number average molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, content of xylene-insoluble, heat-resistant and content of silicon hydrogen bond was analyzed by IR, TG, GPC. The result showed, number average molecular weight was 832, molecular weight distribution was 1.97, content of xylene-insoluble was 0.97%, the 1000℃ mass losses of polycarbosilane in N2 was 32.4%at the reaction temperature of 860℃, reaction time of 6h.
