超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼

Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation Combined Trabeculectomy for the Treatment of Cataract combined with glaucoma

为探究超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果,以2014年1月——2015年1月来我院就诊的白内障合并青光眼患者91例为研究对象。将其分成两组,对照使用传统手术方式,治疗组使用超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术进行治疗,观察患者眼压变化,视力改善情况。和对照组相比,治疗组患者眼压变化,视力改善情况均较好,组间数据有统计学意义,P<0.05。说明超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼疗效满意,值得在临床推广应用。

In order to explore the phacoemulsification in addition to,the clinical effect of the operation in the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy surgery. By January 2014 - 2015 years 1 month to our hospital cataract combined with glaucoma patients with 91 cases as the research object. Divided into two groups,control the use of the traditional mode of operation,the treatment group using phacoemulsification in addition,intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy excision treatment to observe patients with intraocular pressure changes and improvement in visual acuity. Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than that of the patients in the treatment group,the visual acuity improved, the data were statistically significant,P〈 0.05. To explain the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
