五大连池矿泉水对小鼠血清钙含量的影响

摘要 为研究五大连池矿泉水对小鼠血清钙含量的影响,采用动物试验的方法,分别给小鼠饲喂去离子水、偏硅酸矿泉水、重碳酸矿泉水,定期检测小鼠血清中的钙离子含量。实验证明,饲喂重碳酸矿泉水14d后小鼠血清的的钙含量明显增高,去离子水和偏硅酸矿泉水小鼠的血清钙含量无显著影响,说明五大连池重碳酸矿泉水可以显著提高小鼠血清钙含量。 This pa per aims to study the effect of Wudalianchi mineral water on serum calcium content in mice. Methods of animal testing, the mice were fed with distilled water, partial mineral water, carbonated mineral water, and the content of calcium ion in the serum of mice. The results showed that the content of calcium in the serum of the mice fed with the carbonated mineral water 14 days was significantly higher, and the content of serum calcium was not significantly affected by the distilled water and the content of the partial mineral water. Wudalianchi carbonated mineral water can significantly improve the content of serum calcium in mice.
