花卉产业作为近来的新兴产业,在东北三省得到了长足发展,特别是辽宁省的花卉产业发展极具特色,远远领先于吉林和黑龙江省。在自然条件相近的情况下,借鉴和吸收辽宁、吉林两省花卉发展的成功经验,将在一定程度上促进黑龙江省花卉产业的发展。
