摘要
本研究以豆腐加工生产环节的关键问题为平台,对泡豆、磨制、煮浆、点脑、蹲脑、压制等关键问题提出建议。
This study to tofu processing and production processes of key issues as a platform, and gives some advice on the bean soaking, grinding, boiling, brain, squatting brain, pressing and other key issues.
