摘要
分析了数字化时期高校图书馆的重要价值,阐述了数字化时期高校图书馆的信息人才应该具备的相应素质,提出高校图书馆信息人才发展和培养的要点。
Analysis of the digital age has very important value of university library, expounds the digital period of university library information personnel should have the corresponding quality, and development of information personnel of University Library and the cultivation of key points is proposed.
