摘要
文章运用"囚徒困境"博弈模型,分析了现有学评教机制下,师生间为追求自身利益最大化,在学评教方面出现的一些问题,导致师生间、教师间关系异化。建议通过师生重识学评教、构建信息畅通渠道、完善评教申诉机制三方面来改变这一窘境,使学评教回归本位。
With the application of the Prisoner' s Dilemma game-theoretic model, this article ana- lyzed the actuality that for the purpose of maximizing self-interests, the relationship between the teachers as well as the students and teachers became alienated. In order to let the SECT regress to standard, the predicament should be changed through recognizing the SECT by teachers and students, structuring the unimpeded information' s channel, and improving the evaluation appeal system.
