活性炭微结构对吸附烟气中羰基化合物的影响

摘要 为认识活性炭微结构对吸附烟气有害成分的影响,突破了前人只限于高比表面微孔活性炭的研究现状,按照不同比表面积、微孔孔容的不同比例等微结构参数,选择了三种不同的活性炭颗粒,分别添加到卷烟滤嘴中,分析其对主流烟气中八种挥发性羰基化合物含量的影响。结果显示尽管高比表面的微孔活性炭对羰基化合物总量的脱除率略高于低比表面的中大孔活性炭,但比表面积、微孔比例等参数与烟气中各种羰基化合物的脱除率相关性不大,低表面积的中大孔活性炭也有较好的脱除效果。不同活性炭对八种羰基化合物脱除能力的变化有一定的相似性。中大孔活性炭对烟气有害成分具有优异的吸附能力与主流烟气高空速的特征有关,论文的研究结果对于研制新型烟气减害材料有借鉴意义。 To understand the effect of microstructure of activated carbon on the adsorption of poisonous components from cigarette smoke,three kinds of activated carbon with different microstructures,different BET specific surface areas and different pore distributions were selected and added separately into cigarette filter.The adsorption of eight kinds of volatile carbonyls in the main stream smoke on these samples was studied.The results showed that although the removal of volatile carbonyls by the microporous activated carbon with high specific surface area was slightly better than the one with low specific surface area,the microstructure parameters of activated carbon such as BET specific surface area and micropore volume were little related to the removal of volatile carbonyls.However,there are some similarities in the change of removal rate of eight kinds of volatile carbonyls for different activated carbon.The activated carbon with lower BET specific surface area,but larger mesopore and macropore volume also showed excellent removal performance for volatile carbonyls.This result might be related to the high gas flow rate of the main stream smoke.This study could be used as a reference to develop new cigarette harm reduction materials.
