摘要
为了解决掘进机在几种不同土层中的自行进可行性和螺旋极限牵拉力的问题,以摩尔-库伦强度准则为基础,采用积分方法对螺旋所能提供的极限牵拉力理论公式进行了推导,并结合掘进机阻力公式进行了具体计算.结果表明:螺旋牵拉自行进式掘进机可以在黏性土体和改良后的砂性土体中实现自行进.
A self-advancing tunneller used in the soil can march forward independently by the axial pull force resulted from spirals’ rotation in soil. This paper aimed to solve the problem of self-advancing feasibility of the tunneller in various soil layer and spirals’ ultimate pull. By means of theory of Mohr-Coulomb, the theoretical equation of ultimate pull provided by spirals’ rotation in soil was deduced usingintegral analysis and making calculation by combining resistance equation. The results show that the self-advancing tunneller can realize self-advancing in cohesive soil and in improved sandy soil.
