特殊钢特厚板结晶器内温度场及流场的数值模拟 被引量:3

Numerical Simulation of Temperature and Flow Field in Thick-slab Continuous Casting Mould for Molten Special Steel

摘要 采用数值模拟对特殊钢特厚板连铸结晶器工艺参数进行优化。首先对400mm×2 400mm的板坯结晶器内不同过热度及水口不同插入深度进行了模拟。其次,在优化的基础上,研究了铸造速度对流场温度场的影响,并研究了在拉速为0.5m/min的条件下得到的热应力结果。结果表明,结晶器内宜选用水口插入深度约为120mm,过热度为20K,拉速为0.5m/min,既能保证生产率也能保证产品品质。 Numerical simulation was adopted to optimize process parameters of the thick-slab continuous casting mould for molten special steel, and then the optimized process parameters were presented. The numerical simulation of temperature field and flow field was carried out with various superheat and nozzle insert depth in 400 mm× 2 400 mm billet crystallizer. In addition, on the basis of optimization, influence of casting speed on flow field and temperature field was analyzed. Meanwhile, under the condition of 0.5 m/min, thermal stress results were given. With 0.5 m/min at over-degree of 20 K and penetrating depth of 120 mm, it can not only ensure the quality of the casting, but also ensure the production efficiency.
