摘要 利用金相显微镜、球差校正扫描透射电镜、透射电镜(TEM)、电子背散射衍射分析技术(EBSD)和X射线能谱(EDS)等分析方法,对新型耐热高强韧铸造铝合金(211Z.1)热处理后的微观组织结构进行了研究。结果发现,211Z.1铝合金微观组织由尺寸小于100nm的GPI区、θ″-Al3Cu相及θ′-Al2Cu相组成。晶体内部弥散分布直径约为80nm、长度约为600nm的棒状T-Al20Cu2Mn3相,T相周围附着尺寸较大的θ′相。基体中还存在尺寸在2nm左右的球状颗粒状Cd相,与基体完全共格。 Effects of heat treatment on microstructures of a new type casting aluminum alloy 211Z. 1 with high strength toughness and heat resistance were analyzed by means of optical metalloscopy, spherical aberration corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electron back scattering diffraction analysis technology (EBSD) and X-ray energy dispersive spectrum (EDS). The results shows that the main microstructures of aluminum alloy 211Z. 1 is composed of zone GPI with less than 100 nm, θ''-Al3Cu phase and θ'-Al2Cu phase. Rod-shaped phase T-Al20Cu2Mn3 with diameter of about 80 nm and length of about 600 nm is distributed dispersedly in the interior crystal. Larger sized phase θ' is attached surrounding phase T. Spherical particle phase Cd with size of about 2 nm can be observed in the matrix, which exhibits total coherent with the substrate.
