配位剂对低温镀铁的影响

摘要 通过研究不同配位剂对硫酸亚铁低温镀铁的影响,提出了一种配位剂复配工艺.以柠檬酸钠为主配位剂,以氨水为次配位剂,在pH值为1.0~5.5的弱酸性条件下能保持Fe2+不被氧化成Fe3+,有效提升了硫酸亚铁溶液体系的稳定性,并降低了镀层的氢脆缺陷. A process for complexants compounding was put forward through investigating the influences of different complexants on low-temperature iron plating in ferrous sulfate solution system. Under weak acid conditions with the pH value of about 1.0~5.5, and selecting sodium citrate and ammonia as main eomplexing agent and the second complexing agent respectively, oxidation reaction of Fe2+ to form Fea+ cannot occurred. Moreover, the stability of ferrous sulfate solution system was improved, and the hydrogen embrittlement defect was reduced.
