基于多体动力学的摩托车振动仿真(1)

摘要 通过建立曲柄连杆机构多体动力学模型、及发动机、车架刚柔偶合多体动力学模型,对发动机在固定转速工况进行了仿真分析,分别得到了发动机单独工作时质心位置的不平衡力分布,及发动机安装于车架时不平衡力在各悬架上的分布力,为车架及发动机悬架系统的强度、疲劳及动态响应分析提供了输入条件。 Through building the multi-body dynamics model of crank connecting rod mechanism and dynamics model for rigid flexible coupling multi body of engine and frame, the simulated analysis on the engine at the fixed speed condition are conducted. The unbalanced force distribution of the engine at work alone and the unbalance force of the position of the center of mass of engine and the force distributed of the unbalanced force on the different suspensions during the installation of engine were got. These provide input condition for the analysis on the strength, fatigue, and dynamic response the frame and engine suspension systems.
