摘要
为了正确评价我国生猪价格调控政策的综合效果,探寻完善我国生猪价格调控政策的有效途径,采用HP和BP滤波法对比分析了2000年~2013年我国生猪价格的波动特征。研究结果显示:2008以后实施的生猪价格调控政策等外部因素冲击对生猪价格波动影响显著,在短期内我国生猪价格调控政策效果显著,较好地保持了生猪市场价格的稳定,但在长期内并未实现稳定生猪价格、保障生猪市场长期稳定供应和消费需求的目标。因此,需要进一步增强生猪价格调控政策的针对性,提高生猪价格调控政策时机的准确性,加强生猪价格调控政策的持续性,促进我国生猪产业持续健康发展。
In order to figure out the pig price regulation policy of comprehensive effect, find the way to perfect the live pig market regulation policy direction, lip and BP filtering method is used to contrast analysis of the volatile prices of pigs in China from 2000 to 2013. Research result shows： a^er 2008 pigs on the implementation of the external factors, such as price regulation policy impact on pig price fluctuations affect significantly, pig price regulation policy in China in the short term effect is remarkable, the better to keep the stabi/ity of the pig market prices but in the long term is not stable prices of live pigs, guarantee long-term stability of live pig market supply and demand of target. Therefore it is need to further enhance the pertinence of pig price regulation policy, improve the accuracy of the timing pig price regulation policy, and strengthen the pig price regulation policy of continuing to promote China＇s pig industry continue to develop healthy and orderly.
