生鲜蔬菜会员制直销模式分析

摘要 生鲜蔬菜会员制直销模式在我国尚处于探索阶段,其发展不仅需要合作社在生鲜蔬菜品种、物流配送等方面具备一定的条件,而且需要消费者对这一模式的认可及具备相应的支付能力,更重要的是要实现合作社与会员的双赢。针对当前这种新兴流通渠道模式在一些城市获得了发展,而在另外一些城市步履维艰的现状进行了原因剖析,提出促进这种模式的发展应通过创造良好的需求环境、根据消费者需求状况采取渐进式推广、通过建立合作社联社及土地流转等方式提高合作社的供应能力、通过发展专业物流配送提高配送能力等措施。 Fresh vegetables membership-based direct sales model in China is still in the exploratory stage, the development of which not only needs the cooperation in fresh vegetable varieties, logistics distribution, etc, but also needs the consumer recognition of this model and the corresponding payment ability, more important is to reach win-win of cooperative and members. At present, the model has won the development in some cities, but in other cities has stumbled. This paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward a series of measures, including creating a favorable demand environment,taking gradual popularization mode according to consumer demand status, improving cooperative supply ability through the establishment of cooperatives federation and land circulation way, improving logistics distribution ability through the development of professional logistics distribution, etc.
