Synthesis of 5,6-Dimethoxy-1,2-indandione and Its Application in Latent Fingerprint Detection

摘要 以3,4-二甲氧基苯丙酸为原料,经3步反应合成了5,6-二甲氧基-1,2-茚二酮(4),总产率31%,其结构和性能经1HNMR,MS和FL表征。在510 nm波长激发下,4的最大发射峰位于563 nm。通过渗透性客体上的潜在手印显现实验考察了4的应用性能。结果表明:4具有较1,2-茚二酮更强的荧光效果。 5,6-Dimethoxy-1,2-indandione (4), in total yield of 31%, was synthesized by a threestep reaction from 3-(3 ,d-dimethoxyphenyl)propionic acid. The structures and properties were characterized by 1H NMR, MS and FL. λcm of 4 was 563 nm(λex =510 rim). The application perform- ance of 4 was investigated by detection of latent fingermarks on porous surfaces. The results indicated that 4 has stronger flsorescence effect than 1,2-indandione.
