A Research on Relationship between Creativeness and Growth of Enterprises A Case Study of ZTE

从创新能力观点出发,以案例的方式研究中兴通讯有限公司发明专利、实用新型专利、外观设计专利对企业成长的贡献,从而找出可以对企业成长带来显著影响,并能够使企业在变化的环境中保持竞争优势的关键点。实证研究结果表明:发明专利对企业成长产生显著的正影响,实用新型专利对企业成长产生较显著的正影响,外观设计专利对企业成长几乎不产生影响。

This paper, from the viewpoint of creativeness, and adopting the case of ZTE, studies the contribution of invention patents, utility model patents and design patents of ZTE to its development, aiming to finding out the key points which have significant impact on the enterprise growth and help enterprises maintain the competitive advantage in the changing environment. The empirical results indicate that the invention patents have a positive impact on the enterprise growth, and the utility model patents have a more remarkable positive impact on the enterprise growth, while the design patents almost have no effect on the enterprise.
