管道机械冲洗门的设计与开发研究

摘要 为了有效提高中小企业新产品设计能力,首先分析了管道机械冲洗门的工作过程,其次根据冲洗门的动作呈现周期性和停歇的特点,提出了两种冲洗门开锁和锁定方案,并从可靠性、经济性和可行性三个方面进行优选确定双圆柱凸轮开锁和锁定方案。在此基础上,以DN800机械冲洗门设计为例,利用Solid works软件交互确定了冲洗门的关键零件尺寸,并进行了装配和运动仿真,最后进行了样机现场测试。试验结果表明:该方案完全满足预定要求,是一种优秀可行的设计方案,可为中小企业快速开发管道类机械冲洗门提供技术指导。 In order to effectively improve new product design ability of small and middle enterprises, the work process of pipeline flush door is analyzed. Secondly, according to flush door's cyclical movement and stop characteristics, two schemes of unlocking and locking mechanism for flush door are put forward, then from three aspects of reliability, economy and feasibility, a preferred dual cylindrical cam unlocking and locking scheme is determined. On above foundation, taking DN800 flush door as an example, the key parts of flush door such as buoy, float ball, cylindrical cam etc. are designed by solid works software, then assembly and motion simulation is finished. Finally, a prototype is tested on site. The testing results show that: the design fully meets predetermined requirements, and is an excellent practical design that can provide technical guidance for small and middle enterprises.
