摘要
基于计算流体动力学,采用ANSYS FLOTRAN软件,针对城市车辆的运行路况,以国内某1.6L汽车的端盖式净化器为研究对象,建立了汽车净化器流场、温度场及压力场的仿真模型,对净化器内的气体流动特性开展了数值仿真研究。考虑到城市交通路况的特点,分析了发动机常用转速(2200r/min)不同负荷的尾气在净化器内的流速分布、压力损失等随负荷的变化规律。结果表明,10%、50%和100%随负荷的增大,净化器入口气体流速逐渐增加,净化器内气流分布不均匀程度增加,压力损失增大。
Based on computational fluid dynamics, an automotive purifier simulation model of flow field, temperature field and pressure field is set up with ANSYS FLOTRAN software according to the road condition of city vehicle, taking one local 1.6L vehicle as the object to do the numerical simulation research of gas flow characteristics inside automotive purifier. In consideration of the features of city road conditions, analyzes the airflow distribution pattern of exhaust flow velocity and pressure loss inside the purifier at common engine speed of 2200r/min. The result suggests that as the load increases 10%, 50% ,100%, the gas flow rate increases gradually at purifier entrance, the airflow distribution uneven degree and the pressure loss both increase inside the purifier.
