摘要
针对汽车装配流水线上输送零件的滚床的产品多样性、设计工作重复性、通用零部件较多等特点,以Inventor三维绘图软件为开发工具,建立滚床的零件模型,编制滚床参数变量的Excel表格,基于ilogic语言对Inventor进行参数化设计程序开发,可实现滚床零件的参数化建模和智能化装配,通过零件特征改变自动驱动装配特征改变,输出滚床零部件的工程图和明细表,提高了设计的效率,验证了Inventor在参数化零件模型和装配设计中的优越性,可满足我国汽车产业的高速发展、汽车生产线自动化程度越来越高的需求。
Aimed at the feature of diversity and repeatability of the roll bed design, which are used in automobile manufacturing line, the part three -dimensional model and external Excel tables of roll bed is built by utilizing the development tool of Inventor. The program of parametric design is developed based on Inventor platform, parametric design and intelligent assemble of the roll bed can be realized, and the engineer drawing and boom tables can be obtained,which can improve the efficiency of product design greatly, and the excellent advantage of Inventor in parametric modeling and assembling is proved, and meet the increasing demand of rapid development of auto industry and degree of automation of auto product line.
