摘要
单工序冲压数值模拟可以预测冲压成形过程中某工序的工艺设计缺陷,但其不能分析整个冲压工艺流程中出现的问题。以某汽车横梁为研究对象,考虑该零件的材料及结构特点,确定横梁的冲压工艺方案为落料冲孔、拉延、切边、翻边整形等四道工序。采用钣金件优化分析软件Autoform4.5对汽车横梁进行了全工序冲压成形仿真分析,并对冲压成形后的回弹进行了详细的分析。研究结果表明,汽车横梁全工序冲压数值模拟可以极大地缩短冲压模具研发和试模周期,真正意义上实现汽车横梁的虚拟试模。
Single-process forming numerical simulation can forecast defects which appears in the forming process. It does not analyze technology problems which arises in the whole stamping process. Taking material and structural features into consideration, process scheme of cross member is conformed which are composed of blanking punch, drawing, cutting, flanging and restriking. Complete stamping process simulations for automobile cross member are proceeded by Autoformd.5 and spring back is analyzed. The results prove that simulated analysis of complete stamping process for automobile cross member can shorten the cycle of development and die tryout. Virtual die tryout for automobile cross member can come true in a real sense.
