公共图书馆作为公共文化服务的重要组成部分,秉承提升公民素质、传承优秀文化的宗旨,为公众提供各种通俗读物、音像资料、公共信息、互联网接入并开展社会公益活动。社会力量的加入,为公共图书馆的建设注入了一股活力,增添了一份新气象。以杨浦区图书馆主题馆为例,探讨了社会力量参与主题馆建设的途径、存在的问题和解决的方法。

As an important part of public cultural services,public libraries provide the society with a variety of popular books, audio＆visual materials,common information, internet access and public service activities, aiming at elevating civil qualities and inheriting outstanding culture. The participation Of social forces brings public libraries vigour and a new look. Taking Shanghai Modern Literature Yangpu Library as an example,this article discusses the participation of social forces in the construction of subject libraries,giving available approaches,existing problems and possible solutions.
