中小型公共图书馆志愿者服务管理探究

Research on Volunteer Service Management in Small and Medium-sized Public Library

志愿者是图书馆可利用的宝贵资源,在图书馆日常管理和公益活动中发挥着积极的作用。由于志愿者素质的参差不齐,以及志愿者服务流动性大的特点,公共图书馆志愿者服务还需不断完善。重点分析目前中小型公共图书馆志愿者服务存在的问题,提出相应的管理对策。

Volunteers are available valuable resources of library, which play an active role in library daily management and commonweal activity. Due to volunteers＇ uneven quality and the tremendous liquidity of volunteer service, the volunteer service of the public library needs to he improved. This paper mainly analyzes the current problem of volunteer service management in s,oaall and medium-sized public library, and puts forward the corresponding management measure.
