摘要 结合工程实例,通过分析比较,论证了采用尾矿高浓度自流输送的重要意义,介绍了尾矿在采用中长距离管道自流输送时的设计思路与设计参数的确定,分析论证了自流输送管管材的选择以及采用HDPE管的管道敷设方式,最后分析了高浓度尾矿中长距离管道自流输送设计中应注意消能与补气问题。 Combined with the engineering example, the importance of using gravity transportation for high-density railings was demonstrated through the analysis and comparison. The design ideas and design parameters in railings gravity transportation in middle and long distance pipes were introduced. In the same time, the selection of pipe material for gravity flow and the laying mode of HDPE pipe were analyzed. Finally, it was analyzed that the energy dissipation and air admission should be paid attention to when using gravity transoortation for high-density railings.
