摘要
以3年生水培毛竹实生苗为研究对象,研究不同质量浓度的铜/碳-核/壳结构纳米颗粒(CCCSNs)处理对毛竹抗氧化酶活性、H2O2、MDA含量、光合参数和光系统II(PSII)快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学参数的影响。结果表明,CCCSNs处理显著提高了毛竹叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和H2O2含量,随着CCCSNs处理浓度的增加,叶片的MDA含量逐渐降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)均呈先降低后升高的趋势;CCCSNs处理后毛竹叶片对光的利用率增大,但并未对其光合作用造成显著影响,对毛竹叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数影响也不显著。表明CCCSNs的施入并未对毛竹叶片的生理和光合作用造成较大影响,不足以对毛竹的生长造成危害,可为后续的CCCSNs对活体毛竹材的防腐效果评价提供参考。
In this paper, three-year-old Phyllostachys pubescens seedlings were used to determine the effects of CCCSNs on the antioxidant enzymes, H2O2, MDA, the photosynthetic and fluorescence parameters of Ph. pubescens under the hydroponic condition. The results showed that CCCSNs significantly increased the activities of catalase(CAT) and the concentration of H2O2, while MDA content gradually decreased with an increase of the concentration and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) both increased after a decrease. After the CCCSNs treatment, the light use efficiency of Ph. pubescens increased, but the photosynthesis and fluorescence parameters had no significant difference compared with the control. The results indicated that CCCSNs had no remarkable influence on the photosynthesis and physiological characteristics of Ph. Pubescens and no significant damage to the growth of Ph. Pubescens. The results could provide a reference of the CCCSNs effect on preservation of live Ph. pubescens of CCCSNs.
