摘要
随着新能源装机规模的不断扩大、分布式电源并网容量的不断增长,电网的日常调度管理工作遇到了前所未有的巨大挑战。受新能源出力的波动性和不确定性影响,并网机组的发电能力正对电网运行方式安排和发电计划的编制产生越来越显著的影响。为加强并网机组管理,提高电网运行管理水平,同时在考虑大规模新能源电源集中接入的情况下,结合冀北电网特性,合理安排电网计划,保证电网安全、稳定、可靠运行,开展了冀北电网风力发电能力信息管理系统的设计与开发工作,实现了基础信息管理、运行信息管理、信息上报与发布、系统管理、数据库管理等各项功能。
With the continuous expansion of the installed capacity of renewable energy and increasing capacity of dis- tributed power resources, the daily management of the grid scheduling encountered unprecedented challenges. Affect- ed by the uncertainty and the volatility of the output of renewable energy,the generating capacity of the grid units are producing more and more significant impact on the arrangements of the grid operation and the generation planning. In order to strengthen the management of grid units, to improve operation and management level of the power grid,to reasonably arrage the planning and ensure security, stability, reliable operation of the grid that combined with the characteristics of Jibei grid in case of considering large-scale centralized access of renewable energy,we carried out the design and development of information management system of wind power generation capacity in Jibei grid,and realized the basic information management, operational information management, information reporting and publishing, system management,database management and other functions.
