摘要
以钠钙硅玻璃片为基板通过离子交换工艺制备单片防火玻璃,通过研究熔盐成分、置入熔盐顺序达到控制离子交换实验最佳反应状态.结果表明:离子交换后的玻璃样品比普通玻璃基片软化点高,当交换温度为450℃,交换时间为8 h时玻璃的各项性能比较好.在耐火实验中,680℃温度下玻璃耐火时间达到90 min,达到国家相关防火玻璃标准.
In this paper, the soda-lime-silica glass was used as the substrate for the production of monolithic fire-proof glass through ion exchange. The optimum reaction condition of the ion exchange experiment was controlled by studying the molten salt composition and the sequence of the stuff put into molten salt. The results showed that the softening point of the glass samples after ion exchange was higher than that of the ordinary glass substrate. The performance of the glass was better at the exchanging temperature of 450℃ for 8 h. In fire-proof experiment, the glass after ion change could resist the fire for 90 min at the temperature of 680℃, which was up to the national fire-proof standard for fire-proof glass.
