目视管理在ICU的应用

Visual Management in ICU

引入目视管理,从感染控制、物资、病人生命管路、应急突发事件等方面对ICU进行规范化管理。提高了工作效率,规范了护士护理行为,降低了医院感染发生率,保障了患者安全,提高了医务人员、患者及家属满意度。

Visual management was introduced to the standardized management of ICU from aspects of infection control, sup- plies, patient~ life lines, and emergencies. The applications of the visual management improved the work efficiency, regulated nurse care behavior, reduced the incidence of nosocomial infection,protected patient safety, and improved the satisfaction of med- ical staff, patients and family.
