摘要
采用无惩罚性访谈形式对不规范口服给药进行回顾性调查。结合口服给药过程存在的问题,提出完善口服医嘱录入信息,改变口服药摆放方式,细化口服药发放流程,制作口服药宣传单等措施。为此,口服药物使用规范率、知晓率与患者满意度均有所提高。
Retrospective investigation was performed by using no punitive interview on non - standard oral medication. Com- bined with the problems in oral administration process, measures were proposed, including improvement of prescription entry in- formation on oral medication, changing the display mode of oral medication, improving oral issuing process, making oral medica- tion leaflets. After the measures, the standardized rate on usage, awareness of and patient satisfaction on oral medication were im- proved.
