全面评估预警体系在护理风险管理中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Assessment Early Warning System in Nursing Risk Management

目的分析全面评估预警体系在护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法以2013年7月-12月的4 848例患者为观察组,2013年1月-6月的4 348例患者为对照组。对照组患者行常规护理管理,观察组应用全面评估预警体系。结果观察组护理安全事件发生率为3.80%,护理纠纷投诉事件发生率为0.66%,护理满意度为91.27%;对照组分别为6.90%、1.54%、77.53%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面评估预警体系能有效预测护理风险,降低护理安全事件及护理纠纷投诉的发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensively evaluate early warning system in nursing risk management. Method A total of 4848 patients from July to December 2013 were included as observation group, and 4348 patients from January to June 2013 as control group. The control group patients received routine nursing management,and the observation group re- ceived the comprehensive assessment early warning system. Result In the observation group, the nursing safety incident rate was 3.80%, the incidence of nursing dispute complaint events was 0. 66%, and the nursing satisfaction is 91.27%, and they were 6.90%, 1.54% and 77.53% in the control group, respectively, which had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion The comprehensive assessment early warning system can effectively predict the nursing risks, reduce the incidence of nursing safety incident and nursing disputes and complaints, and improve nursing satisfaction.
