摘要
目的探讨以护士岗位管理为基础的绩效考核方法对心血管内科护理工作的成效及意义。方法通过合理设置工作岗位,建立岗位层级考核、培训制度,完善与护理工作数量、质量、岗位职责、技能考核、患者满意度相关的绩效考核体制并与护理人员薪酬相挂钩。结果体现了护士层级管理,充分调动了护士积极性,护理质量、护士技能、患者满意度均明显提高,护理投诉下降,与实行前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在护士岗位实施绩效考核管理有助于调动护士的工作积极性,提高护理工作质量和患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect and merit of the nurse station management based performance appraisal meth- ods on nurse care in Department of Cardiology. Method Through rational setting of job posts, we set up post level assessment and training system, improve the performance appraisal system related to the quantity and quality of nursing work, responsibility, skills assessment, patient satisfaction, which tied to nursing staff's salary. Result The nurse hierarchy management was reflected, e the enthusiasm of nurses was fully aroused, and the nursing quality, nursing skills and patient satisfaction were significantly in- creased with the decrease of nursing complaints, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The implementation of nursing station management and performance appraisal system contributes to motivate nurses working enthusi- asm, improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction.
