摘要
物料清单作为制造企业的核心文件,是ERP系统的核心模块。针对现有物料清单管理存在数据冗余、处理效率低、单一操作的弊端,文中结合机械制造业的实际业务需求,利用互联网资源共享、即时快速的特性,设计了角色参与型物料清单管理流程,制定了复合BOM层次结构,拆分了零部件的统一存储模式,基于Web开发物料清单信息系统,有助于机械制造企业提高物料清单管理效率,缩短企业产品设计周期,增强企业生命力。
The bill of material (BOM) can be defined as core document to the enterprise and the basement of ERP. To solve the disadvantages in the management of BOM such as data redundancy and poor efficiency, to feed the need of the business, this paper designs a role-based process to do the management and find the complex hierarchical structure to deal with data. Developing a management information system of BOM based on Web can help to improve the efficiency of management and shorten the design cycle.
