摘要
断路器电寿命的检测在断路器可靠性测试中占有重要地位,大量实验数据表明断路器的失效分布符合威布尔分布。采用相关系数法估算威布尔分布的位置参数、形状参数、尺度参数,并利用MATLAB开发对威布尔参数估计和数据拟合的程序。最后,对断路器试验故障次数进行了计算分析与应用。
Electrical endurance of circuit breaker occupies an important position in the circuit breaker reliability test. A lot of experimental data show that the circuit breaker failure distribution is in line with Weibull distribution. The correlation coefficient method is used to estimate the location parameter, the shape parameter and scale parameter of the Weibull distribution. Then this paper uses MATLAB to develop the Weibull distribution parameter estimation tool. We applies it to fault data of circuit breaker finally.
