摘要
介绍了SIEMENS S5控制系统存在的缺陷,并给出相应的优化方案,包括控制逻辑优化方案、硬件配置优化方案及采样处理优化方案。利用目前广泛使用的SIEMENS S7 200系统及智能控制面板实现系统的优化改造。
This paper introduces the defects of SIEMENS S5 control system, and the corresponding optimization schemes are given out, including control logic optimization scheme, hardware configuration optimization solution, and sampling process optimization. For the use of the current widespread use of SIEMENS S7 200 system and intelligent control panel realizes the optimization of system reforms.
