煤直接液化残渣和粉胶比对沥青胶浆高低温性能的影响

摘要 为了分析煤直接液化残渣(Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue)和粉胶比对沥青胶浆高低温性能的影响,利用DSR(Dynamic ShearRheometer)和BBR(BendingBeamRheometer)试验,对不同粉胶比(0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2)和DCLR下沥青胶浆的高低温性能进行研究,分析DCLR和粉胶比对G~*/sinδ(车辙因子)、S(蠕变劲度模量)以及m-值(蠕变速率)的影响规律.试验结果表明:随着粉胶比的提高和DCLR的添加,沥青胶浆的高温性能在不断增强,低温性能在逐渐下降,出现了最佳粉胶比.综合平衡沥青胶浆的高低温性能,当粉胶比为1.0时,其高低温性能最佳. To analyze the high and low temperature properties of asphalt mortar affected by DCLR(Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue) and filler-asphalt ratio,the asphalt mortar with different filler-asphalt ratio(0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2) and DCLR were prepared.Their properties were tested by using DSR and BBR.The G*/sinS,S and m-value of asphalt mortar affected by DCLR and filler-asphalt ratio were analyzed.With the DCLR and the filler-asphalt ratio increases,the high temperature property of asphalt mortar improves but the low temperature property of asphalt mortar declines,and there exists the optimum filler-asphalt ratio.It suggests that the high and low temperature properties of asphalt mortar are best when filler-asphalt ratio is 1.0.
