BPB移植在急性前交叉韧带损伤中的作用

Reconstruction of Acute Anterior Curciate Ligament lnjuries Using Autogenous Pateller Tendon

目的 :探讨BPB移植在急性ACL损伤的应用。方法 :采用小切口行BPB移植重建急性ACL损伤 8例。结果 :随访 10个月～ 4年 ,功能按Lyscholm标准 ,优 6例 ,良 2例。结论 :急性前交叉韧带损伤利用了自体骨 -髌腱 -骨组织重建 。

Objective:To investigate the effects of reconstruction of acute anterior cruciate ligament injuries using autogenous patellar tendon. Methods:BPTB was used to reconstrut acute anterior cruciate ligament injuries using sicrortrauma in 8 cases.Results:All cases were followed up from 10 months to 4years.The Lachman′s test was positive in 8 cases preoperatively and 1 case poor positive after the operation.One case still had anterior patellar pain.According to the criteria of knee joint function evaluation set up by Lyscholm,excellent results were found in 6 cases,good in 2.Conclusion:Our results indicated that this method has the advantages of less injuries,firm graft fixation and early rehabilitation.Compound bone-tendon bone autograft allows firm fixation and biologic healing with good shape and lension remodeling.
