摘要 装配式钢桥是一种可以分解和快速架设的桥梁装备,其具有自重较轻、构件可互换及重复使用、组合形式多样等优点,且架设迅速,有足够的承载和抗振能力,工作性能稳定,通过不断的技术革新,由最初的军用战备钢桥发展为军民两用。对虚拟样机技术进行了简要介绍,以装配式钢桥为研究对象,基于虚拟样机技术建立了钢桥的动力学模型,对展桥机构进行了设计与仿真分析,仿真分析结果为装配式钢桥设计研究和后续展桥机构的优化设计提供了依据。 Portable steel bridge is a kind of bridge equipment which can be disassembled and erected quickly. It has the advantages of lighter weight, interchangeable and repeatedly used components, differ- ent combination forms, quick erection, sufficient load and vibration resistance and stable performance. Through constantly technological innovation, portable steel bridge was developed from the initial military combat readiness steel bridge to the dual-use. Firstly the virtual prototyping technology was briefly introduced. Then to a certain type of portable steel bridge as the research object, the dynamic model of steel bridge was established based on virtual prototyping technology and the bridge expanding devices were designed and calculated for simulation analysis. The simulation analysis results provide the basis for the research and design of portable steel bridge and the subsequent optimization design of the bridge expanding devices.
