摘要
机械设备在长时间运行或操作不当的情况下,其自身的性能会发生一定的变化,这些变化会导致设备的损坏甚至引起生产事故。为了解决该问题,将模糊诊断理论方法引入到设备故障诊断中,利用升半梯形函数的方法,确定了模糊隶属函数和最大隶属度准则,建立了模糊故障和模糊原因的诊断矩阵,并得到了模糊故障和模糊原因的对应关系。发现了电机轴承故障发生的原因,为下一步的故障预警和诊断奠定了基础。
When the mechanical equipment have been used for long time or been improperly operated, its performance will be certainly changed, these changes may lead to the damage of the equipment and even the accidents. This paper introduced the method of fuzzy diagnosis theory into fault diagnosis of the equip- ment, using the method of H semi-trapezoid distribution function, and the fuzzy membership functions and the rule of maximum membership degree were determined, and a fuzzy diagnosis matrix of fuzzy fault and fuzzy reasons was established, and the correspondence between fuzzy fault and the fuzzy reasons were found, thus the cause of the motor bearing faults were discovered in time, which laid the foundation for the fault forecast and diagnosis
